[Request] Best CMS out currently?

Anyone know a good CMS or skin to use for an R63, Phoenix 3.10. I do know how to find exploits, so no exploit riddled CMS.

PhoenixPHP is known for it's exploits. I can take PhoenixPHP down in seconds.

Revcms is one of the best out there, there are some holocms edits out but they have lots of exploits.
