I am looking for ubercms tags like so:

Depends what Uber Edit you get.. If you don't have the one where it's Tags already coded into it, most likely you have to code it in yourself. If you're looking for a Tags on a UberCMS, try finding edits released by others. I'm sure one will turn up.
