[REQ] Shoutbox rules

I think there should be shout box rules, as Staff just shoutbox ban when they feel like it
or when they rage, or for unknown reasons + without warning so shoutbox rules would
be nice to see what we can and cant do in the shoutbox.

And i'd also like to know since when you are not aloud to shout " " in the shoutbox

When people like you say staff ban people without a reason, it's an excuse to get unbanned. Those people that got banned earlier were banned for spamming, which I witnessed myself. To answer your question, before you spam this thread again for me to unban you, I was not the moderator that banned you.

Spamming the chat box, the rules are plain and simple.

Spamming
Abuse
Bullying
Racism
Questioning warnings etc, if it's just common sense. If us moderators can follow it then members are expected to do so also.
