[REQ] Really Need A Housekeeping

I have an awesome housekeeping, but it's a dead project.
So I need a housekeeping that is non exploitable and also can post news and do as many things as possible.

I remember when I first got into retros, I was staff on Fallout-Hotel. On there housekeeping, I was able to edit the catalog, situate everything possible. As if I was on Navicat.
