Uber emu isn't stable, and bad for usage, and plus there is no more hotel that uses uber emu, i suggest you use Phx or ButterFly.
and for the rp cms you can find them all around the releases section, just look and you shall find them.

I need a R63 RP EMULATOR, as i'm on reality atm and it's a very rubbish version, all commands have stopped working which is annoying ! If you could pop up with a EMULATOR Download for R63 RP it would be so much help ! I will give a manager position to you if it works fine !!
