Remove 0taku from forbidden words

As they are down, and otaku.com now links to some kind of Barcode Generator, I think it would be time to remove 0taku from the forbidden words.

Why? does it matter if its a banned word? if the site is closed who will discuss it or have the need to mention it?

There are still releases, like Quacksters Phoenix patcher. So it is still being discussed and mentioned. And I see no harm in the word anymore.
