Thanks but i know whats wrong, my Website is blocking the 30000 and 30001 ports

You must make sure you have the ip for the db server and able to whitelist your ip from your computer.

Whitelist? so the connection comes to my pc only? yes ive done that im just waiting for my website host to unblock the ports first

If you can do that remotely, then you only have to open your house computer port 30000, 30001

my pc is permantly open to the world, every port is open to my pc, windows 10
