There is already an existing plugin for vip/values
There are various index layouts already
Rules is simply copying a container and adding content to it.

All you have done is packed it all into one download along with 100's of other 'edits'

It looks like all you have done is changed Text Size/Colour Size anyone can do this. Stupid release if you you ask me.
