Hey,today i'll be releasing latest Habbo userinterface.Let's see wot you guys can do.
Note*It's not working as you need to add few other things.
To get it working you need updated headers and packages.

how do we set up the swf and external variable?

You put your swf folder into your main website folder, then open external variables and edit the ip/link address/%predefined% to say your hotel link. Then go into your cms settings and replace the proper links to your variables/swfs

How to update headers and packages to support this of a rp emu? so i would get rp with latest ui.

well you can make this work with other emus, for example reality rp, just update structures and headers.
