So... Simple packetscout / converter (whatever you want to call it) for the old crypto (the wired encoding and whatnot)
Functions:
Encode -> B64
Encode -> VL64

It's very simple at the moment. Current build version = v0.5
Please give credits where due, if you are releasing this. Don't go round releasing this elsewhere. Only I do that
