Hello, this is my first time releasing furniture in over 12 years, so I wanted to give it a go and release some custom stuff I made for my users. It's not perfect, actually was quite simply done. I was doing an entire Fallout Lore line, but ran into some issues with some of the items I was working on, and I also wanted to release the Union Jack Sofa along with the 3 other countries where my Hotel receives it's users from, to make each user know their thought of and allows them to show off their patriotic roots. I've learned so much, gained so much knowledge and received so much new stuff thanks to the users at DevBest, I wanted to somehow be able to give back 
The following is a RAR file containing:
(Interactions, the small Nuka Cola door opens and glows; Sugar Bombs can be changed from radiated to new; terminal changes command lines)

I have added a Welcome to New Vegas Casino sign. Download link is separate, and includes the Nitro file, SWF file, .JSON FurnitureData,json, furnidata.xml, etc.
I will continue to update this thread as I complete items for the Fallout Lore line,
