## Database:
Any R63A or R63B Database will work.
All you need to edit is:
Give every column below account_created (<- should be an 'int' btw) in the table users a default value
Import cms_news and cms_comments from the PHOENIX database

## IIS:
If you're using IIS you need to follow these steps:
Go to the wwwroot/ folder's properties
Go to the security tab
Edit all users to have ALL rights
Save, and it should work

## Packages:
To enable Packages simply copy new ones to your Packages/ folder,
and uncomment them (remove #) to enable them.
The R63B_Client is ONLY for emulators that use the user_tickets table instead of the auth_ticket
column in the users table.

Hello there!

I for one love the registration page. Nothing else catches my eye though!

In fact, none of the pages seem to match like a normal CMS.

This CMS seems to only be a mixture of CMS which is horrible.

I'd recommend trying again! 4/10
