[Release] BcStorm Emulator and SWFS [Release]

Hello Devbest,

I'm going to be releasing a BcStorm emulator. I have been using it and it works fine, there was no bugs for me and I have seen lot's of people get bugs with this emulator. If you have any problems comment and I will see what I can do.
Also, DB is inside.

Why would you even release this? No bugs are fixed at all. it's the first release of bcstorm leenster did.

All the bugs are fixed... I used it and it worked perfect.
