Don't really like it, due to the fact that it would be pointless to use for a site as it has really a photo and a video.
The image of Aaron is sexy, but that's it.

It looks alright, but you should have done Ben Rothlesburger (Wrong Spelling I know ) and then you could really put some news on the side ("BIG" Ben RAPES AGAIN!)

It's not bad, however it should look more like a layout. At the moment it looks like it is all over the place, and that it would not be able to hold real content in an appealing way.
