[REL] Simplicity - HTML/CSS

Simplicity is a simple HTML and CSS theme, designed by DesignOn (me) and coded by NoEffex. It was originally a theme for a Minecraft topsite, but I edited some parts of it to make it look more general. The content boxes and wrapper are of course expandable.
