[REL] Rules page for Mango Template

Hey guys, this is a simple release, another one might I add. Made a simple Rules page. Feel free to change the rules, I just put a few random ones to get the layout of it out.

How to use:

Just download and put it in the main directory of the Mango template.

Please give credits if you are going to re-release.

Note: You might need to change the logo link as my logo is a .gif and most logos are .png's.

why is it all centered.. Atleast have 2 boxes or 1 the news.. anyways nice release

It's just a simple release, I might add a box explaining about the rules etc. Again, simple release >.> You can add a box if you want.

lol simply he dident use Left/right so he just used the container that why theres a one box that occup all page.

Yes, that was the point. But I'm going to add a box on the right so the rules will be on the left.
