Well i guess this isnt really a release so mods feel free to move i just decided id post it.
So 1st off go to c/xampp/htdocs/inc then go to a file called class.tpl and open in notepad
now search for

$this->SetParam('web_build',

and you should get a bunch of numbers in it which is the release of the web build just change that to

63_1dc60c6d6ea6e089c6893ab4e0541ee0/536/

and everything should work without cached looking pages sorry about the crappy 1st post but i like it.
