Which picture is out of shape?
By last sign in fail do you mean it's not telling you when you logged in last?
Whats wrong with client? Are you sure you have good swf's and set them up properly?

If you have a problem with the client look at the list below.

1st: Good SWFS

2nd: Go to Client.php in your htdocs Or your theme and search for an connection Ip and change it to w.e you're using. (VPS,DEDI,HOME)

3rd: Make sure everything is configured right.

Dude, how hard can this be?! Go to your htdocs folder and find index.php, then delete everything and put the code I provided you with inside.
