Hello DevBest, I'm here to do my 4th contribution! Many of them are looking for a working code for the snow background that moves and falls on your CMS's background. So I thought to release the code for this!

Notice the snows at the background, NOTE: It will be actually moving!
Disadvantage: Looks weird when the code is used on other pages except the index page.
Notice the question mark that appears instead of "•"
