Registration issues.

Hello, so like I've imported my .sql file to my r63 RP Hotel into navicat on the db, and I get this error right here when I go to register,

You must be registered for see links

, I was told I was supposed to go to db > SQL > then add ALTER TABLE `users` ADD `seckey` VARCHAR(999).

But SQL Isn't popping up for me, any ideas of how to fix this error?

Btw, I'm using IIS7 with Navicat.
