Redirection Loops

How do i fix the Redirection Loops Every time i try to Register at the characters.php it says

Where are you getting this? Characters.php?

Well it doesn't cause it's the same code

It means the page is redirecting to the same page over and over again. It's like I'm in characters.php, and inside it I'm redirecting to characters.php, so it's an infinite loop.

I would download another CMS, perhaps that one is corrupt.
