Redirect loop for (some) users

Hi there.

Recently, some users of my hotel have had problems voting for our page.
I have tried investigating the script used (the official one), but the problems still persist.
I use Cloudflare, and have set it up all right, because most users are able to vote fine, whereas a few keep being redirected to vote.

After going to validate.php within FindRetros, my IP Address returned 2, and another user voted with their current IP, and after viewing the same page, it still returned 3.
We also investigated their IP, and from what we could tell, his IP was being treated as a VPN although the user does not use a VPN, nor any proxies of some sort.

Is this an ISP issue, an issue with findretros, or have I set up something completely wrong (which doesn't seem to be the case)?

The user is being sent through a proxy by their ISP. The only decent way to fix this (to my knowledge) is to enable SSL on your website.

Otherwise, have voting on a single page with a nice GET check and you'll be golden. No issue with FindRetros.

I've heard that could be an issue.
Remove it and see what happens. ;p
