Recruiting Recruiting a Developer for New Hotel

Hello everybody of DevBest, I recently purchased a domain and a VPS and tried to setup a retro however it didn't work as well as I planned. I realized you can't run before you walk.

I am seeking a trustworthy person who is willing to be a developer for my hotel. You don't have to do much I just want a hotel without exploits, I can do the GFX part (to somewhat customize the CMS) that's easy peezy. I want a hotel that has a very stable economy however that will be my job, however if you want you may take part.

You must know how to: setup a VPS, secure a CMS, setup a stable retro.
It would help if you knew how to code.
