Reality EMU #RP

I recently opened a RP on a vps and am going to explain whats wrong really quick. I wanted to use the ads bkacground tool and everytime I use it it wont place down and will go back into my inventory and this happeneds to everyroom btw am using reality EMU and who ever helps will be rewarded!
