It's pretty good, although I think that it would have been better if the eye ball was centered. Also, what's up with the blue?

Sorry if you think I'm being a prick, but I'm just stating my opinion.
1. The light, wide outline is too wide IMO. It looks like very heavy eye-liner.
2. Where the eyelashes are, generally the top section, that is too thick and dark. It could easily be toned down a few shades, but leave the eyelashes themselves as dark as they are.

These are just the ones I picked up straight off the bat.
Other then those two minor flaws it's fairly good. Keep it up.
