navigation .. i think that is what it is the icons need to be better aligned, also its very empty

The icons are toooo big. Make them smaller, keep holding it clean.

Okay so, maybe try and complete a little more next time so we get a feel of what it's going to look like, yeah this is a work in progress but it's too little info to give some proper feedback. Anyways:

• I'd reconsider your colour scheme, although you are going for a black, I'd maybe try and add some other darker tones in there rather than pure black (maybe a dark green or orange) - this contrast at the moment is not nice on the eyes at all;
• It's hard to differentiate the navigation to the icon-things (whatever they're to be) - maybe make the navigation smaller and center aligned - to the same width as the icons maybe?

Tbh, there isn't much feedback that can be given at the moment. Before you carry on though I'd consider thinking up a contrast that's easier on the eyes. here's a useful tool (if you consider coding it that is):
