Rank Issues and VIP isuues

Hi.

Rank issue:

I have given rank 3 the command: ;override yet, the rank 3 people can not use it, I've looked everywhere to tr and fix it but i am unsure on how to.. I was thinking maby its going something to do with the fuse but I'm not sure, does anyone no how i can fix this?

V.I.P Issue:

When i give a person v.i.p they cannot get into the client the client page turns white and shows these codes/tables.. w.e:

Title: Unknown column 'temp' in 'field list'
Text: Unknown column 'temp' in 'field list'

I really need to fix this ASAP so if you no how to fix this then please reply! thanks alot.

When they have been given rank 3, they will need to logout and then back in.
If you have made the changes to where the Rank - commands db table whilst the emulator is on, you need to restart it to update the new changes.

When you give person VIP, do you mean VIP as in a new rank (mnore catalogue pages) or as in ingame VIP (access to hc club etc..)

They're on R63 as far as I know, to know it, after giving the command, type :update_permissions in-game.

And, try asking the guys you gave VIP to relogin.
