Nope, still getting the same error. 
The issue is related to the Habbo.SWF which you are using. You're getting the client connection (4000) but the other handshake packets are not being logged. The reason for this is because you're using the wrong SWF build. The emulator is designed to run on BCStorms swf build (RELEASE63-201211141113-913728051). You simply need to download a new SWF pack which will work with BCStorm, the habbo.swf can the be edited using HabboUI editor or and HEX editor.
Red doesn't always mean bad, it just means a unhandled packet. As long as you get the handshake packets and the general packets working, the emulator should work fine. You will get a lot of these 'red messages', if you find them distracting you can change flag = 3 to flag = 0. This will disable packet logging.
The 'description' error, is related to the query. You can simple run this query SET @@global.sql_mode= ''; and restarting the emulator.
