R63B Retro Error With My Silverwave Emulator!!!!!!!!

Guys i have made a retro (r63b) but i get an error everytime and it says:

sigh just follow this tutorial below

You must be registered for see links

its r63b with plusemu and if u cant follow a simple tut like this u shouldnt own a retro mate. everything is already pretty much predone for u all u have to do is change a few links etc. i also recommend a vps and iis if u dnt have one

There is no download link. You install it on your VPS. Or aren't you using one?

oh boy, I would be willing to create you a hotel from scratch as long as u have a vps though as its pointless to host a retro on your own pc
