I was making rooms and all dat cool shit and then now it wont let me create any more rooms like it wont let me click that create button let me give yall a screenie.

i only got 1 room and no error on emu

Make sure your room_models table has all of the proper data in it.

Yes, for anyone who is having this issue - you'd just run it as a SQL. It's probably that your original database that you imported didn't import 100% successfully. Make sure to disable MySQL strict mode. Glad it worked for you.
