R63b Permissions for ranks

When users join my hotel they get the :shutdown command teleport and much more!
So how do I edit it so they don't get that? I can't find anywhere in the database to edit it

Go to the table rank_permissions.
1 = Access Granted
0 = Access Denied

don't worry I did it. To edit the commands it in the emu folder

Users still have teleport though:s and the tele command isnt in emu.
+ there is no rank_permissions table. This is R63b.

Erm... Have you enabled VIP to all users? Teleport could be one of the permissions included.

Teleport will be in the Emu command.ini file. CTRL + F 'tele'
