I would go with Leensters 3 March Edit. It's working perfect for me

Then my opinion is; Don't make an hotel.
However, with a bit of common sense, you could empty your database/tables and run the .sql that comes with the download.

sorry i have'nt use R63b yet this is my 1st time i use it i am using phoenix cracked

Just search on the forum for your problems first. There are even tutorials out there. If you already have problems now, goodluck on setting up a good hotel
