R63 & v26 furni codes the same?

I want to learn to code furni but I was wondering if the R63 and v26 use the same furni source code.
Because if I learn to code v26 and I end up adding the codes to R63 once I get phoenix then it's just a bunch of lousy
waste of time.

P.S. Do you know where I can get a R63 emulator for free? I'll soon purchase Phoenix Emu.
