Does anyone know a free cms, emu and database that i can download? it needs to be R63 RP

There are some RP CMS' you can use; Reality CMS, HabboRP Theme, MagicRP CMS, PixelRP CMS and other RP CMS.

I cannot find HabboRP Theme, MagicRP CMS, PixelRP CMS, the only one i found is Reality CMS, if you have a link to the other cms's so i can download them? that would be great.

Idk if your acting dumb but you cannot use a NORMAL R63 cms for a rp as if you attempt you script it it will fail i'll give my reasons.
-Your {online} will not work
- Class.Users.php will be hackable for hackers
- You wont be able to connect to the client.

The only thing you can use from a NORMAL R63 is a R63 SWFs

Type in How to make a Xampp Roleplay ***** on google it will give you a tut of how to make with xampp but if you know how to install IIS tht will still work.
The tut provides all download and does work as my friend HypezTuts made it. He is a man of his word.
