R63, Phoenix 3.11 - White avatar - Furnitures is great!

Hey, i got a Phoenix 3.11 retro, r63 and some new r63 files. (SWFS) But mu avatar is white, my furniture works fine. Everything, works fine. But not the avatars, ive checked over external_variables and so on. Please any help?

Get a new swf pack or make sure you have your clothes swfs in there, before you get a new swf try to clear cache
