1) It's not good because there is no change. The 'changed' one is exactly like one released before.
2) Title says "[R63] New Custom SWF's" not "Working R63 Pack" If you think you can make a hotel out of just this, then you're mistaken.
A 'Pack' will usually include habbo.swf w/clothing, texts etc., all the furni, images, badges, a CMS if you're lucky and maybe a whole SQL. Therefore this is not a 'Pack', kid.
