[R63] Help Setting up No-IP

Hello, I need help setting-up No-IP, I believe my ports are correctly forwarded Its just other people cant see my No-IP site?

My Inbound Services:

You must be registered for see links

(The IP is my IPv4 Address)
My Portforward configuration:

You must be registered for see links

All the ports (80, 3306, 30000 & 30001) are the same!

EDIT:
I have done a Port check, all the Ports success on UPD but fail on TCP?

You have to put the vps IP Into the DNS your using an then use that DNS domain for the domain for your site

Can you not use Xampp with No-IP?
