The first thing you need to determine is if your testicles are red or swollen which would indicate a rash or infection. If that is not the case, then you need to look at your hygeine.

are you washing yourself to much or not enough
are you using soap that is to harsh making your testicles dry?
are you shaving your testicles and creating irritation?
is your skin dry?

are you wearing underwear that is to tight?
