I am thinking about uploading a new catalogue, but question will I be able to upload a backup of the database of the rooms, or will they have be to deleted?
No you cant back up rooms unless the catalog u upload has a small amount of changed like a little more pages added, if you upload a new catalog and the whole catalog is changed then u have to delete all rooms and clear inventory's.
