Question regarding editing navigation text,

Right, I have a question, I know this will be in my external_flash_texts but I can't seem to find the proper line actually, if you'd like to see my external_flash_texts, I'll paste a download of them below, but I was wondering, I was trying to completely remove these three things right here

I was also wondering, does the navigation bar auto resize, or how'd I have to do that?
