I am planning on re-opening Pixel Inn and I am just wondering what server should I use?

You should use, Bloodline v3 SE, even though apparently it has bugs, in. Anyway if you do, go to Database editor, and the Rank's and take out :Cleanhand *name* because They can do it to anyone Anyway's if you do, use my pack for dcrs and buy_furni!
