question about editing habbo.swf in HxD

ive edited the navigation on hxD as it said "habbos Navigator" and im trying to add another letter to the habbos but when i save it and load the client up it doesnt load but if i take away the extra letter it loads up? am i doing something wrong? thanks

Needs to be the same length, unless you change the size of the file.

ive found a tut but im slightly confused on adding the bytes

Okay so a byte is made up of 8 bits, and the customs have a certain number of bits. Everything in the custom is coded in whats called binary code. And each number I believe is like 1 byte or so.
