Question about Christmas Website Submissions.

So it says we need to create a simple, cute website.. which a lot of people can do.

My question is, can we use Adobe Muse and still design the cute, simple website, but not have to type any code?

Either way i'm fine with it as I can do both of them, but I just think its worth asking.

It should be a single static HTML page (with CSS, JS, etc).

I'd take this as it has to be coded? There is no mention of it not being allowed to be created in the way you say though?

That's exactly why I asked, there is a few things mentioned that you can't do, but this wasn't mentioned.
