Purchasing NEW GPU not sure if will work!

So I have the HD 7950 GPU But I dont have the Correct PCI-E Cables As it pre-owned So I don't know where to purchase them as I purchased some before but they didn't fit into the GPU.

So I'm thinking of buying a modular PSU (for Cable management) With the correct wires any idea where?

I have the HD 7950 now just want to buy Modular PSU that is going to 100% work, also I have £70-£100 to spend

Modularity does not matter (in this instance). As long as the PSU meets the recommended power supply requirements for the R9 280X, it should work fine.
