Now, as alot of you know for the past week i been talking about talking about removing "Levels", To bring more Roleplay towards the server, And i had to figure out a way to replace it without pissing people off, And having newbies running around able to use guns and buy business's and vehicles and properties and such. So i decided, That we can use "Connected Time" and change it to "Time in Los Santos" which counts each hour you play here, And we can RP it more as the time you been in Los Santos, And lets say 8 hours being in here you will normally be "level 2" well after 8 hours of being in Los Santos you can use a "gun" and like 24 hours, 1 day, you can buy a vehicle and such you know it just goes on.
And i decided we will remove the OOC Cash you are given, such as 6k if your level 20 etc, And instead you get the cash you work for such as jobs from the server, Or if your in the LSPD or EMT, or FBI or any official faction ofcorse the cash will given fairly, And if you don't got a job and didn't work for those "3 hours" than you will get a wellfare check pretty much, And i guess the more time you spended inside "Los Santos" the more cash you get from wellfare check, Pretty much its the same system just more Roleplay towards them, And more longer to get the paycheck.
also checks will have to be signed at the bank in order to get them.
Menus added
I decided talking to fresh, That we should have more menu's for stuff such as /buy, And /buyvehicle and such, Instead spamming people's chat.
Biz changes
bizes we will be removing "Biz fee" and i think owners can RP fee's more, And we will likely be adding it so owners of gun shops and bars and such, Each time a person buys something you get like 20-30% of the cash, And the other % just goes away as real life you do have to buy the material your selling.
Pretty much, All the updates are mainly for bring more roleplay towards the server, Anything else i decide to really do ill post it here, But these are the updates for now that i decided.
More House Interiors to be added from Interior Contest
So as you know, we did have a contest we yet to annouce the "winners" but we got 7 interiors left to go threw that we will likely be using all for new interiors for properties, And out of the 7 we will pick 3 winners as we told and you'll be rewarded, It will be likely after the 9.4 is released so atleast than i can see the interiors, And after that i will be likely changing a few houses here and there adding these interiors and i will be likely making a few more houses around and adding these new interiors with them.
S.W.A.T Rope Fliterscript
Now i know alot of you requested this, And have seen it on SA-MP forums, aka S.W.A.T Rope, Well we will be adding it to the server ofcorse its not bug free atm but we all know fresh can do his own things to make it better than what it is.
New Weapon Anti-Cheat
Well starting this update as well, we'll be releasing a new Weapons Anti-Cheat, which is more effective than our one right now, Ofcorse it will not "ban/kick" anybody but will remove the weapons it believes was hacked.
No more /enter for interiors, but properties it stays
So to save big problems, We decided to just make it so all the available interiors such as "pizza stack" "PD" "Cityhall" "DMV" and such, will no longer be a /enter needed, will just TP you inside.
Temp Ban System
Starting this update, we'll be adding a temp ban system which will count days which admins can temp ban somebody, and we'll have one for hours as well for anyone that deserves maybe a few hour ban for massive DM etc, This will only be a account ban though likely not IP.Weapon Skills for creating weapons.
So we thought in real life you don't just start making an AK and shit, so you need weapon skills, So we are gonna set up a skills system and also gotta buy a guide which helps you learn how to make more advanced weapons.Police Department faction, able to close down business's
So starting this update as well, the PD will beable to close down business's such as illegal gunshops, and such. Because in real life, most illegal gunshops are paying off the Chief, so the Chief will have powers to close them, We know its an admin so he won't abuse it, But for more RP, And also harder to get guns and such even for clubs like if they sell drugs there without any security calling police etc.

If you don't work after a few hours you'll be removed from your IC Job
So we'll be adding a thing, So if you don't do your IC Job like Pizza Job, mechanic and such you'll be removed from your IC Job.
Amount of drugs/mats on you limited
So we'll be adding more RP, so you can't have more than 100g of drugs, 2000 mats on you.
To hold 300g of drugs, and 6000 mats you need to buy a bag at 24/7.
Removal of Drugs dealer/ Mats Dealer job, as of Non-RP
Well in real life, you don't need to join some job to sell drugs, or try to make a weapon, you just do it so we decided you don't need a job anymore for it but you need skills and guides, So guides will be found around the city and such, they won't always be at same places, And this is only for mats, for dealing its free and for planting weed, but for creating guns you must find guides on how to do so, And ofcorse you won't find that at your local 24/7.
More RP to get the newbie guide
So starting this update, When the player joins the server and spawns at newbie spawn and such, there will be a news stand, Where you gotta buy the guide to see the spots in the city and such, aka /guide.
Payday lag will be fixed
So fresh told me he found a way to fix the payday lag so that will be fixed.
Car Insurance
We will be adding car insurance, and it will be a rule ICly from LSPD, where if you don't got insurance they impound your vehicle, And it wil depend on the car, but likely not over 400 bucks a paycheck.
Proof of Insurance, and Registration
After you buy insurance, you'll be given a card, which a /showinsurance will be a command to show to police, and such, and if you own a vehicle /showregistartion will be a cmd for you to show to LSPD and such.
Updates towards Mobile Data Computer
We'll be adding things like, All the cars regisetered to you, color of vehicles, if you got insurance, Your age, Anyone married 2.
Changes towards bank interest, and electricity bill
So starting this update, Bank interests will be lowered a little, And electricity bill will not cont by it, it will just cost about 100 bucks a paycheck.
Max limit of objects and updates towards saving of /pimphouse
So max objects will be raised up so more people can add objects, and will stop from cops not able to make more than 1 roadblock, and from people not able to add like 5-1 objects in house. We also will be removing all savings towards /pimphouse, so if restart all of them remove etc, So that the limit doesn't go crazy, And also you will need to be atleast level 5, 56 Hours in Los Santos to use /pimphouse.
More Properties
Well, I know it won't be more than likely 50 houses, and like 20 business's but yeah, We will be adding more properties.

2. a /v despawn and /v spawn, these commands will spawn and unspawn your vehicles, pretty much your only allowed one car to be spawned, this will stop the vehicle limit for samp so we can have the buyable vehicle system and this will also stop lag/crashes. also when you crash from IG, your vehicle wont respawn, but if you log off it will.
3. a command spam auto mute, so what happens is once after you spam something 5 times, such as "/p 21 YOU SUCK" over and over, it will mute you for one minute.
4. /buygun prices lowered, these prices are lowered for RP.
5. When you connect and get stuck at the loading accounts, well this has been fixed in version 7.0 so anyone getting this problem ever wont ever have it again, it was a simple fix that Godfather made.
6. Object Streamer, we now have a Object Streamer a really good one by Y_Less, one of the best people for samp in coding/scripting. we will be using this for most objects outside, and we also rescripted all the objects outside now as well such as gates and such to stop crashes.
7. Improved Anti Money Cheat, the one we have is great and all but we have a rescripted one in 7.0 which will stop lag.
8. now on when a mechanic does /duty it will not show up on the screen, but if you call for a mechanic and none are on duty it will tell you none are on available.
9. the bug with the taxi where the timer doesn't time how long the player is in for /fare.
10. when a cop does a mdc, and does find. most of the time the timer keeps going and going.
11. if a taxi driver is not available, the service will tell you none are available. aka on duty.
12. Ownable Boats, will now be available and able for you to buy and will spawn in the water, this will make it so people can fish more far away and such.
13. a Advanced Anti Cheat System.
14. the buy where you don't see licenses like /buyfishing or /buysailing etc doesn't show at city hall will be fixed, and will no longer end up in houses etc.
15. /od command will be set to /enter so that new players will know /enter more better, and will help them to entering sometimes the DMV and such and a message will come up at the DMV telling them to /enter if can't enter, and same for Binco.
16. The Bonus's the EMT Get will now be lowered, so that they don't abuse money while as EMT, but still will get some bonus.
17. the bug where you enter an ambulance and it gives you a crime, will be removed as you can't even get into it and drive it so how can you be stealing it?.
18. when helpers thaw players, this will not be showen on chat, also when a helper sets your skin or an admin it will say there name, this is to help just incase someone abuses it.
19. the /handcuff limit for 5 minutes will be changed to 15 minutes, this is to help the police atleast get the suspect into the car without having to worry about him running off after just 5 minutes.
20. there is a problem with the function "prodextor" and will be fixed, which should stop lag spikes, and even CPU Usage.
21. a /give mats, command will be added like /give drugs you are allowed to give mats to players.
22. The guide for newbies has been fixed and setted up right, this is to help them learn what and where stuff is etc.
23. the tutorial questions have been mixed/changed a little this is because i think people has leaked the questions out.
24. Now on only lead admins will be allowed jetpacks, anyone else with a jetpack will be auto banned.
25. more teleports will be added for admins, this will help them from flying around town, and spamming commands witch can cause lag.
26. /stopfare, this is a command for taxis's so once they take you to the place they /stopfare, which will not take them off duty, but anyone inside there car wont be paying for anything anymore so you can RP give them the cash etc.
27. now on for player colors, such as admins on duty or helpers or cops will be removed, there will be no more colors.
28. the spawn point will be changed a little, we are still thinking of where to fully put it, but will be most likely at the airport still.
29. a Icon inside the binco, that tells you to use /clothes to change clothes.
30. 2 (or more) mechanic towtrucks will be added to the job.
31. Weed System will be added back, as will have our new Object Streamer for it.
32. New Job, called "Garbage man" will be added.
33. When you insult/swear on /b or /pm it will auto block it, this is to stop insults and flaming in OOC.
34. a Pickup Streamer to be added to stop crashes and lag.
35. the bug where someone talks another language and shows on all screens has been fixed.
36. a bug with /heal [id] [price] for EMT's has been fixed as old EMT members where caught abusing this for money.
37. When you crash your Health/Armour/Mask saves when you relog.
38. Ownable Helicopters / Airplanes are removed, these seem usless and players and hackers just abuse them and no one owns them.

39. ATM Objects will be put back so players will know where a ATM is. also will be more ATM machines added.
40. a new bank will be added at Downtown LS, and yes the old one will still be there.
41. a /rules list will be added, and will show all the rules of the server.
42. a /checkad and /hcheckad for helpers and admins, to see the last ads so your ad doesnt get denied for "clearing"
43. a /hpassed for helpers, so they see if people have passed the tutorial or not so they stop spamming screens with kicks if people are not done tutioral, as there is no use to kick players not done it because most players with non-rp name is like 80% likely to fail it.
44. Cannot use Shortforms or mix in IC chat.

47. Server Logs will be reduced to stop lag spikes.
48. A /afkers command for admins, which will show if someone is afk over 10 minutes. this is to stop admins from jailing/kicking anyone wrongfully.
49. Academy Objects put back up on the new Object Streamer.
50. when ever an FBI Agent /fbisu someone it shows all the other FBI Agents and the reason like the PD.
51. FBI have a /undercover command inside there locker room like how the PD got one.
52. the bug where players can putguns into there bag while in paintball and leave with them..
53. The bug with /heal where players can earn money even if it minus's the person there /healing
54. a /uup command, which will slap you up and will only allow you to do it for 30 seconds once you login if you crashed. this is just so if you land under a car, and anyone caught abusing it will be banned.
55. a /desync command, which will desync you so if your bugged for players etc.
56. everytime someone connects, even if not register it auto saves there name still into the user files, which i believe causes lag spikes if someone gets a bunch of bots to connect or bunch of newbies keep coming with there names which alot do.
