Problem with Phpmyadmin / server_settings

You must be registered for see images attach

When I go to my database on phpmyadmin, I scroll down to server_settings and click on it. Normally I would be able to edit things and delete. But I cannot. I took a screenshot to show what's going on.
I also found where I make it unique, but it is greyed out.

The simple fix for this was to just add a column to the end of the table as Unique AI Int. Its phpMyAdmin saying it does not have enough information to offer you the checkboxes and buttons
