problem with localhost site

soz, screenshot isnt loading on Chrome. just checked on IE9

start->search cmd->type in netstat -ao->find 0.0.0.0:80->see it appears->if it does open task manager->add column pid->search for the pid that matches the one using port 80->stop its service->try starting apache again

TRUST ME! Its skype i could not use Xammp forever and i thought i closed skype but no. do:
1. CTRL+ALT+Delite at the same time.
2. click task killer.
3. exit skype.

Skype uses port 80 it needs to be shut down. for xammp to work!

You cant start skype ONCE you close it xammp starts. Then all works well. But in order for port 80 to run it need to be clear! Retard.

You might be using separate ports.

First thing, check that "Apache" is running, because, if that isn't running your site won't be up.
Second thing: Be sure you restart your PC and close al programs that boot when you start-up ( Teamviewer, Skype, MSN )
Now try to start your Apache again.

Skype uses the port 80 to connect to other peoples skype online. So does XAMPP so u need to pick one or the other.
