When i go onto my site it says index.php doesn't exist but it does...

You should have a look whether there is an index page in your skin as well because that could be the only problem that I'm acknlowledged with.

Do you even have a web.config? Since .htaccess files won't work without a special program...

You don't use .htacces anymore in wwwroot only in the skin folder and the other folders if I'm right...
