Your Missing Visual Studios And Maybe MySQL So You Cant Do Anything Till you Get Those.

Your trying to turn on your emulator on by double clicking it in WinRar?

1st - extract all the files in that rar/zip file to your desktop
2nd - downlaod mysql connector & odbc
3rd - configure db settings

You don't need Visual Studios to run it just the right MySQL Connector, you'll find out which one to use presumably in the relevant thread. Visual studios is needed to edit the emulator not to run it.
