[PROBLEM] FluxRp Index doesn't Load [HELP]

Hi Guys,
I just installed the FluxRp CMS with Plus Emulator, DB etc.
I got XAMPP Control PaneL Version 2.5.
I'm using Windows 10.

Here's the problem: the index doesn't load and so other pages.
Here's the screenshoot!

You must be registered for see images attach

Any Solution?

Upgrades:
I deleted the "beta folder" and moved all files in htdocs.
Still got this problem:

You can't use Flux CMS with Plus Emulator... Those are not compatible.
